Jen and Dessie started East West Boutique online in May 2021. Shortly after that they opened their brick and mortar in November, and it’s been a dream come true! They’re more than just business partners- they are also best friends! Jen and Dessie are both born and raised in Western Pennsylvania and have known each other since 7th grade! Even though they live on opposite coasts, they’ve been able to manage EWB & their close friendship seamlessly!

Jen is a wife and mom to three amazing kids, and has been an entrepreneur for the last several years in her hometown! Before this venture, she was running her own at-home clothing business where she formed lasting relationships with her customers. She has loved the freedom of being able to work for herself while raising her children.

Dessie took a risk and moved to California in her early 20s to pursue her modeling career and continue a relationship with her now husband. Prior to EWB, Dessie was able to model for major cooperations, appear on different televised broadcasts, & build a social media following. Owning a clothing boutique has been a full circle moment from the modeling world to the retail side of the business.

When Jen and Dessie were building their brand, their vision for East West Boutique was “Everyday Style for Every Body.” They continue to feature styles to include all ages and body types. They take pride in being able to offer a selection of clothing that helps women feel confident and beautiful in what they wear each day. Between doing online live sales, shooting content for social media, and serving customers at their storefront, the two remain busy yet fulfilled running their dream business!
